hosting fee ($10 per month) and an hourly charge if you make
changes to the site (new pictures, changing text, etc.). That is

If you need updates, they can generally be
performed within a few days, and almost always within a week. Many
web designers only update once per month. That would not work for
me, and I doubt that it would work for you either.
